Just to let you know that I am still posting about my trip to Canada and you can view those posts in the archives from June 2010.
It’s great, each time I write a post, it brings me back there!

Hello.
In case you’re interested in reading newer canadian fiction, I have a satirical novel out called _Verbatim: A Novel_, published in October 2010 by Enfield & Wizenty. it takes place in a fictional canadian legislature in the 1990s, and is told only in lists of members, letters between bureaucrats, and political debates set out in the Hansard style of dual columns.
Hansard, as you may know, is part of legislative assemblies in Commonwealth countries. A perfect match for british and canadian studies.
You can read more about my book at my website: http://www.jeffbursey.com Click on the cover of the book (which is on the home page) and you’ll be taken to reviews and audio files of interviews with me.
If you’d like to get a copy for review purposes, just contact Great Plains Publications via their website:

Meanwhile, I like your site. Nicely set out.
regards,
Jeff Bursey

Thanks for the comment and the offer. I’m not sure the format would suit my tastes though – not a the moment anyway, when I already have so much to read.

A very interesting project and a great way to tour Canada. I’m glad you like Richard Van Camp’s writing.
